After a purchase, the transaction gets tracked within 72 hours and the cashback is credited to your account.
04Withdraw & Plant Trees
You can withdraw ‘Confirmed Cashback’ in your account on reaching our £25 threshold and we will plant trees with any cashback you have chosen to donate as well as from our own profits.

Setting up your Tree Planting Donations %
As default, your cashback will remain as cashback unless you update your donations. Every time you do any shopping through us, we will plant trees on your behalf even if you choose to keep all your cashback! We do this with 51% of our profits.
Alternatively, you can donate some or all of your cashback to plant additional trees in a personal forest.
Click “Donation” in your account menu. You can now specify what percentage of your cashback you would like to donate towards tree planting using the slider (remember to click ‘update’).
